The Florida Outcome Improvement Network assists Community Rehabilitation Providers in the improvement of their organizational outcomes and effectiveness with an emphasis on employment and community integration.

The Project achieves improved outcomes through the provision of training and technical assistance, as well as program development services.

Community Rehabilitation Providers Can…  

  • Access an organizational assessment that includes a training and technical assistance needs assessment.  

  • Access a network of organizational and program development services.  

  • Gain access to a network of other agencies that are also going through an initiative to advance employment and community outcomes.  

  • Gain access to other agencies that can mentor them on specific performance outcomes.  

  • Gain access to agencies who are developing a wide range of innovative community based services and a better understanding of key issues and best practices.  

  • Gain access to a network of agencies that spans all state associations for improved communication on key issues. 

 Network Meetings
 
  • Held in conjunction with ARC/Florida and Florida ARF quarterly meetings.  

  • Include all participating community rehabilitation providers.  

  • Include representation from state level collaborative partners.  

  • Provide opportunities for members to discuss issues surrounding employment supports.  

  • Provide opportunities for community rehabilitation provider staff to discuss improvement strategies on a peer-to-peer level.  

  • Provide opportunities for network members to add creditable input into state systems change efforts.
